Diane brings extensive experience in stakeholder management, community development, and engagement. She joined the BME Forum as a Trustee in February 2024. Throughout most of her career, she has served as a civil servant, with a strong passion for Human Resources.

Her past roles have involved close collaboration with HR representatives and unions on organisational restructures and collective bargaining. Diane also has a track record of providing strategic guidance on HR policies and planning.

A true people’s person, Diane thrives on building connections and fostering meaningful interactions. She believes that by helping to create workplaces where employees can thrive, contribute, and feel valued, she is making a positive impact on the world. In 2020, she founded the Disability Staff Network, which has continued to thrive even after her tenure as Chair.

Diane studied Globalisation at university and enjoys staying informed about world affairs. In her free time, she loves watching and participating in sports.
