Paulette is a highly experienced Leader and Director, who is well established by the work that she has under taken professionally and voluntarily.
Paulette was born in Portland Jamaica attended Happy Grove Grammar school.
Then migrated to England in 1977 to train as a nurse.
In doing so went on to work as a Management / Leadership Consultant, In Health and Social care across Acute and Community Services, and became one of the 3% BME Executive directors of nursing in 2005.
Her Professional career has spanned over three decades, throughout this time she has operated at senior level in the NHS, in a variety of healthcare settings.
Paulette has vast experience in Nursing, Midwifery, Children Services, Leadership and Management.
Paulette has worked in many Senior Executive post in the NHS, in capacity of General Manager, and Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery.
She also worked as Director of Pan London Maternity Services to review the capacity and demand of Maternity Services across London.
Paulette has now been appointed as Non-Executive Director for a Clinical Commission Group.
