We all need support in different ways and at different stages in our lives and may need to speak with someone who listens and understands our difficult circumstances.
We understand the importance of how improving our emotional and mental health wellbeing can have a positive impact in every area of our life and would like to help you overcome any challenges in your life.
What is mental health support?
Mental health support is to provide a safe space where you feel supported and listened to find solutions to the problem.
How many sessions do you offer for 1:1 support and is there a fee?
The 1:1 sessions are free and take place weekly. We offer a maximum of 6 sessions.
Can you help me with advice and guidance about how to make changes in my life?
We can offer guidance in different areas in your life. For example, if you are thinking about a career change, we can look at options to resolve these issues.
How can I self-refer or make a referral?
We take self-referrals and referrals from external organisations – the referral forms are on the page below.
What are the wellbeing workshops and how can I book?
Our wellbeing workshops are designed to learn coping skills, provide information and understanding about mental health and promote social inclusion. Sometimes we have guest speakers from the community.
If you would like to book onto one of our free wellbeing workshops, please visit our latest events page here.
We are here to help people aged over 18 years old. Book an appointment with us today for wellbeing support:
